For every first-level user invited, 10% of the TMARS mined by the first-level user will be given; for every second-level user invited, 5% of the TMARS mined by the second-level user will be given.
For every successful invitation to start formal mining, 1 support point will be obtained; for successful invitation of a second-level user to start formal mining, 1 support point will also be obtained, and the third level will also obtain 1 support point, and so on.
The basic cooldown time is 30 minutes, which can be reduced by consuming TMARS.
